Playdates at Silver Stars Gymnastics offers the unique experience for your child to invite a group of their friends to have fun at the gym under the expert instruction of our coaches.
Through supervised gymnastics activities including obstacle courses, games, trampolines, foam pits and lots of gymnastics, the kids will have a playdate they won’t soon forget! And, as an added bonus, we do all the work so you can enjoy chatting with your friends!

What are Silver Stars playdates like?

Silver Stars Playdates are 60 minutes long. They begin with a short group warm-up game before splitting into groups with our Silver Stars safety-certified instructors. Whether your children are experienced gymnasts or have no previous gymnastics experience, they'll have an amazing time bouncing, flipping, jumping, and running through our amazing facility. Playdates may be booked Mondays through Fridays. Playdates may be reserved 8 children up to 16 children.
